  • Ensure you are logged into your Ticketek account or have your password handy when preparing for a pre-sale. If you aren’t logged in and the transaction times out, you could lose the tickets in your basket.  
  • Download the Ticketek app. This is the easiest place for you to access your tickets after purchasing
  • Have your payment details ready (and sufficient funds your bank account).

Ticketek will communicate with customers who have tickets to an event that is postponed/rescheduled or cancelled. You’ll also hear from us if a pre-sale or offer is postponed, rescheduled or no longer going ahead. 
If tickets are still available for an event after the pre-sale window has closed, you can purchase tickets in the general sale directly from the Ticketek website.
Check your Ticketek app or log into your account on the Ticketek website to find your tickets. You can also check the confirmation email you received when you purchased your tickets which should contain information on when and how you will receive your tickets. For some events, Ticketek may not distribute tickets until shortly before the event to discourage ticket scalping.
