To download and use the app, you’ll need an iPhone 6s or above with iOS 14 and above, or Android with operating system 8 and above. Mobile or membership number and postcode, and access to mobile data or WiFi.

How to download the iPhone app
- Tap the App Store icon
- Tap the Search icon, type My NRMA and tap Search. Tap GET and enter your Apple ID or finger print if asked, then OPEN
- Log in using your mobile or membership number
- Enter the mobile number listed on your membership and tap Send SMS code
- Enter the verification code you received via SMS and tap Confirm
- Enter your membership number and postcode to log in
- Once logged in, you’ll be notified of a change to our terms and conditions
- Start exploring the new and exclusive benefits of the My NRMA app.

My NRMA app Fuel FAQs
Who provides the fuel pricing data?
For all states/territories other than Victoria, data is acquired electronically from publicly available government-mandated price reporting schemes.
For Victoria, prices displayed use a combination of:
- (a) Informed Sources’ electronic price exchange
- (b) Informed Sources’ drive-by price collections and
- (c) Data obtained from publicly available, crowdsourced websites.
Why is my local fuel station not on the app?
NRMA receives the fuel pricing data from the NSW Government. If a NSW fuel station does not appear on the app then you can follow these steps:
- Check you have location services turned on for the My NRMA app.
- Check if you need to change the fuel type you are looking for by opening up the fuel selector at the top of the fuel page.
- If you still do not see your fuel station you can inform Fair Trading.

No. Only parking lots are currently shown within the app.
Why is a certain parking lot not on the My NRMA app?
NRMA receives the parking data from third party feeds. Always update your My NRMA app as NRMA endeavours to provide more parking lot coverage and information.

How can I access my member benefits?
