How to redeem

Simply download or update the My NRMA app, visit a participating location and show your redemption screen when paying.

3. Tap 'Map'
4. Select 'Food and dining' category to see nearby benefits
5. Tap the location you like and hit redeem

 

Frequently asked questions

Simply open the app, tap 'Map' and select 'Food and dining' as the category. This will show all the restaurants, cafes and takeaways around your current location, with benefits available everywhere you see a red pin. You can also type in a suburb or address in the search bar to find venues in that area.

Access to these dining offers is a part of My NMRA, so they’re included in your membership at no extra cost. You don’t need to sign up or do anything else – all venues and offers will automatically appear in the ‘Food and dining’ category of your My NRMA app, so you can start enjoying your discounts straight away.

The red pins shown in the map (within the My NRMA app) show a restaurant benefit. If a restaurant has a red pin it means you can access an exclusive member benefit at that location. All locations on the map are also shown as cards below the map, and display the offer. Tap on the card for more information about the venue and offers available. At times, the offer may be too long and some text will be cut off. Just tap ‘View details’ and the full offer will be shown along with its conditions of use.

All businesses that are listed in the My NRMA app and have a red pin will accept your redemption screen. If there’s any problem with the redemption process, contact the Frequent Values Customer Service team via online form or phone 1800 008 553 between the hours of 9am – 6pm Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm Saturdays AEDST to let them know about it. They will work to rectify any issues as quickly as possible for you.

You can redeem each of your standard dining offers, once per day per restaurant. This means you have access to use multiple offers per day and per year, as long as it's not at the same restaurant. Bonus offers can be redeemed once per 12 months, unless otherwise advised. Full terms and conditions available here.

There is no limit to how many offers you can redeem. Standard offers can be redeemed everyday and bonus offers can be redeemed once per 12 months, unless otherwise advised. As long as you follow these terms and conditions, you’re good to get your tastebuds out there and start making the most of it.

It’s up to the individual venue to apply your offer. If you’re unsure, ask for the receipt and check to see that you’ve received your benefit. If the offer for a particular restaurant is something other than a discount (such as a free drink with any meal purchase), then you should have already received that before leaving the venue.

If your app is up to date (version 8.0) you will see the new red pins in the map within the 'Food and dining' category. To check what version of the My NRMA app you have, simply tap the settings button in the top right corner and scroll to the bottom. Please check to ensure your phone also has the latest operating system. Compatibility requirements: iPhone 6s or above with iOS version 14 and above or for Android phones, Android version 8 and above.
