Update your card details

Follow the below steps to update your card details for NRMA Roadside assistance payments. To update other payments such as insurance click here.


Mastercard and Visa is accepted and once saved, your new card details will be charged at the next billing cycle.

How to update your card details

Step 1: Sign in to your online account at mynrma.com.au/signin - if you haven't signed in before, you'll have to register for an online account.

Step 2: Once you're signed in, click on "Update" found next to your existing card details.

Step 3: Fill in your new card details including; name on card, card number, expiry and CVV, then click "Save".

Step 4: Your new card should now display under "Payment method" and will be charged in your next billing cycle.



The NRMA complies by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). The NRMA does not store or retain your card details. Instead, we store a token which does not contain any actual credit or debit card information. This token is then sent to our payment merchant who will process the recurring monthly payment.
