What is My cashback?
My cashback is the latest feature in our My NRMA membership program, giving members another way to be rewarded more often.
How does My cashback work?
Step 1. Join My NRMA with 3 months free and download the My NRMA app where you can securely link your credit or debit card for cashback.
Step 2. Shop online via our app or in store with one of our cashback partners and automatically get a percentage of your purchase back.
Step 3. Once you’ve earned at least $10 cashback you can either withdraw it or donate it to one of our charity partners.

Is my data secure?
You can shop with peace of mind knowing your personal information is safe, thanks to our rigorous security standards and safeguards. Any credit card and bank account information you provide for My cashback will be automatically encrypted and used for the sole purposes of processing a transaction. We do not pass any information you provide to us to participating cashback retailers.
How do I cancel my My NRMA trial membership?
If you do not wish to proceed with your My NRMA trial 3 month free offer membership during the first 3 months of the free trial period, you can cancel your My NRMA anytime only within the first 12 months online.
Below are the 3 easy online steps.
- Register (login.mynrma.com.au/register) or sign in (login.mynrma.com.au/signin).
- Sign into self-service account using your email address and password or your mobile/date of birth/postcode
- From the my nrma app, go to ‘My vehicle and membership details’ link in the settings menu
- Click on Cancel to discontinue your membership.
- Only eligible members will see the option to ‘Cancel’ activated next to the scheduled payment details.
- Select a reason to cancel
- Once complete, you should receive an email to confirm your request to cancel your My NRMA trial subscription. If you hold any other subscriptions with us, these are not affected.
What is My NRMA?

How do I update my contact details online?
To update your details on your membership you’ll need to register (login.mynrma.com.au/register) or sign in (login.mynrma.com.au/signin). Sign into self-service account using your email address and password or your mobile/date of birth/postcode.
Click Edit your details now, or the ‘My profile’ section to view and update your contact details, phone, email and mailing address.
Note - your title, name, and date of birth are not options you can edit online as this alters the details linked to the setup of your membership.
