CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
ONLINE OFFER ‘WIN 1 of 6 $500 THE ICONIC e-GIFT CARD’ COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
1.By participating in the Online Offer ‘Win THE ICONIC e-GIFT CARD’ Competition (Promotion), you will be deemed to have:
a) accepted these terms and conditions; and
b)expressly consented to our use of your personal information under the Privacy Act, Spam Act and other related communication and privacy legislation for marketing and other NRMA business purposes.
2.The promoter is National Roads and Motorists Association Limited, trading as The NRMA ABN 77 000 010 506 of Level 13, 151 Clarence Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (Promoter).
3.The Promotion commences at 12:00 am (AEST) on Tuesday 4th March 2025 and entries close at 11:59 pm (AEST) Monday 30th June 2025 (Promotional Period).
4.Entry is open to NSW and ACT residents only.
Definitions
5.For the purposes of these terms and conditions:
a)“NRMA Subscription Product” means any of the following NRMA products: Everyday Care, Complete Care, Ultimate Care, Classic Care, Premium Care, Premium Plus, NRMA Blue, Free2go, Traveller Care and Basic Care.
b)“Renew On Time” means renewing an NRMA Subscription Product on or before the nominated due date.
c)“Renew Online” means renewing an NRMA Subscription Product via the mynrma.com.au website.
How to Enter
6.To enter this Promotion, you must have an NRMA Subscription Product and renew this product on time and online during the Promotional Period.
7.An Eligible Entrant (defined below) may only make one (1) Eligible Entry in each four (4) month period.
8.Each Eligible Entry is eligible to win a maximum of one (1) Prize per competition draw.
9.The entrant must ensure that a valid email address has been provided to the NRMA in order to receive their prize if they are drawn as a winner.
10.This is a game of chance and skill plays no part. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into with entrants.
11.All entries, once submitted, become the property of the Promoter.
Eligibility
12.To be eligible to enter this Promotion, an entrant must, during the Promotional Period:
a)be a natural person (and not be a company, business, trust or organisation of any description);
b)be a NSW or ACT resident with a NSW or ACT residential address;
c)be aged 18 years or over;
d)not be an employee of the Promoter and its Related Bodies Corporate (as this term is defined in the Corporations Act), or an immediate family member of the same, or be a person involved in the management of the Promoter or their immediate family; and
e)Renew On Time and Renew Online an NRMA Subscription Product, (Eligible Entrant).
13.To protect the integrity of the competition, the Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to verify, at any time (including after the closing of the Promotion) the validity of all entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits invalid, incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries or tampers with the entry process or uses any automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means to submit repeated entries.
Draws and Prize
14.The draw will take place at the premises of the Promoter being 9 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127 between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm (AEST) on Thursday 10th July.
15.There are 6 prizes to be given away. The first 6 valid entries drawn from the total number of entries received, will each win a 1 x $500 THE ICONIC Card/s valued at AUD$500.00 in total to be sent via email
16.The total prize pool value is AUD$3000 with individual prizes valued at AUD $500 each.
17.Internet Services Australia 1 Pty Ltd (THE ICONIC) ABN 50 152 631 082) is the issuer of The ICONIC Gift Card. THE ICONIC Gift Cards are valid for 36 Months from the date of purchase and can be redeemed at https://www.theiconic.com.au/. 18.The prize value is correct at time of printing and the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the prize value.
19.If any prize (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize (or part of the prize) with a prize of equal value or specification, subject to any written directions given by the appropriate State or Territory Lottery Departments. No responsibility or liability is accepted for any variation in the value of the prizes. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
20.Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable to another individual or redeemable for cash.
21.The Winners will be notified by email or phone call by Friday 11th July 2025 and the Winner’s name will be published on www.mynrnma.com.au. Only the Winners will receive written notification via email or verbal notification via phone call. If any Winner cannot be reached within 2 weeks at the email address or telephone number provided on their Eligible Entry, the Winner will be disqualified and the Prize made eligible for redraw under clause 23.
22.If for any reason a winner does not take their prize (or an element of a prize) within 2 weeks of being notified, or chooses not to participate in the Promotion or claim their prize, then that prize, (or element thereof), will be forfeited.
23.The draw for any unclaimed or forfeited Prize will take place at the premises of the Promoter being 9 Murray Rose Avenue, Sydney Olympic Park, NSW 2127, between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm (AEST) on Friday 25th July 2025, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, and a subsequent winner will receive an email or phone call by Monday 28th July 2025 and have their name published on www.mynrma.com.au.

24.The details contained in your entry are protected by security safeguards as detailed in the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.mynrma.com.au/privacy-policy. Personal information will only be used in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. The Promoter will also endeavour to provide you with an option to opt out of receipt of such communications. You should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter.

The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use your personal information (such as name, age, membership number and image, mobile phone number, email address) and any other information provided to the Promoter pursuant to this Promotion without remuneration or compensation to you for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you and promoting the NRMA, its business and related companies.
Limitation of Liability
26.Subject to any applicable guarantee, warranty, right or condition which cannot by law be excluded or limited, or the exclusion of which would invalidate some or all of these Conditions of Entry, including without limitation under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the Australian Consumer Law (Non-excludable Condition), the Promoter is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence) for and in relation to any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity, loss of profit, and any indirect, special or consequential loss) arising in any way suffered or incurred (including without limitation death or injury) by reason of any act or omission, including without limitation negligence, by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion. Without limitation, this applies to:
a)any technical errors or equipment malfunction including any interruption, defect, or delay in operation or transmission or a carriage service, communications line or network (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
b)any unauthorised access to or third party interference with the Promoter’s CAD;
c)any entry that is late, lost, altered, deleted or misdirected (whether before or after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; and
d)any tax or other regulatory liability incurred by a Participant in relation to a Participant’s participation in the Promotion.
27.Subject to any Non-excludable Condition, all guarantees, representations, conditions and warranties of any nature are expressly excluded.
28.Subject to any Non-excludable Condition, the Promoter may:
a)modify or suspend the Promotion if all entrants participating in the competition until that point are notified of the changes to these Conditions of Entry, upon notification of any such changes, the affected entrants may terminate their participation in the competition without any liability to the entrant; or
b)suspend, terminate, or cancel the Promotion, and the Promoter will not be liable to any person for any such modification, suspension, termination, or cancellation.
29.The Promoter has no liability to any person for any dispute between a Participant or its officers, employees, agents, contractors, or consultants in relation to the Promotion.
30.Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
31.The Promoter does not guarantee or otherwise make any representation that a Participant will receive any, or a specific, prize under the Promotion.
32.These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
