FAQs
Why is Join and Go more expensive than regular cover?
NRMA roadside assistance is available 48 hours after you join. So if you require immediate roadside assistance, upon joining or later the same day, an On Road Join & Go fee will apply on top of the subscription fee.
Can I join and get roadside assistance immediately?
Yes, if immediate assistance is required and you are not a Member or do not have a current subscription package to cover your vehicle, an On-Road Join and Go fee must be paid in addition to a subscription fee.
What if I breakdown in an area outside my towing inclusions?
Your towing benefits will be based on you subscription package and the location of your breakdown. If you need a tow that is more than your towing inclusions, you will need to pay commercial rates at the time of tow, for the total distance that is in excess of your inclusions. This also includes towing in an area outside your inclusions and/or any trailers that aren't covered in your inclusions.
Can I pay monthly?
No, month payment options are currently not available for immediate assistance. At renewal after the first 12 months, you will have the option to switch to monthly over 12 months or continue on our annual payment option.
How long am I covered once I join?
All our subscription packages cover you for 24 months from the date of join.
How do I cancel my roadside assistance?
If you decide the current Roadside Assistance package is not right for you, you can opt to cancel your Membership at the time of renewal after 12 months.
