FAQs
What if I breakdown in an area outside my towing inclusions?
Your towing benefits will be based on you subscription package and the location of your breakdown. If you need a tow that is more than your towing inclusions, you will need to pay commercial rates at the time of tow, for the total distance that is in excess of your inclusions. This also includes towing in an area outside your inclusions and/or any trailers that aren't covered in your inclusions.
Can I join and get towed immediately?
Yes, if immediate assistance is required and you are not a member or do not have a current subscription package to cover your vehicle, an On-Road Join and Go fee must be paid in addition to a subscription fee.
Can I just get a one-off tow?
Yes, our team can connect you with one of our towing service providers to help you get a quote for a one-off tow. Please note, these costs will be based on the individual service providers and can vary based on the individual business. These cost do not relate to NRMA services.
Can I pay monthly?
No, month payment options are currently not available for immediate assistance. At renewal after the first 12 months, you will have the option to switch to monthly over 12 months or continue on our annual payment option.
How long am I covered once I join?
All our subscription packages cover you for 2 years form the date of join.
How do I cancel my roadside assistance?
If you decide the current Roadside Assistance package is not right for you, you can opt to cancel your membership at the time of renewal after 12 months.
