The park
The RAC Esperance Holiday Park is a relaxed and quiet caravan park, overlooking the bay. The park is located approximately 7 hours drive south of Perth in Esperance, in the heart of the Great Southern region which offers a vast array of activities to enjoy, including surfing, fishing, snorkeling or exploring the many surrounding national parks. RAC Esperance Holiday Park offers guests comfortable guest amenities, including a large children’s play area, an outdoor lounge room, a camp kitchen, and camp laundry. The park is only 2km from the town centre of Esperance and is linked to the Esperance Waterfront pathways.
The accomodation
The parks offers over 170 sites, ranging in size suitable for large vans and smaller tent sites, surrounded by trees and landscaped greens and offering magnificent ocean views. Some sites offer partial ocean views opposite the beach. Powered sites available throughout the property. The cabins are comfortably furnished and fully self-contained, suitable for families and sleeping up to 6 guests. The Esperance Bay is a sheltered beach located across the road from the park.
The neighbourhood
Esperance is a small town located in the heart of Australia’s Great Southern Edge, surrounded by beaches and national parks. Offshore lies the Recherche Archipelago Islands, a collection of over 100 islands including Middle Island, home to Lake many which provide shelter for sea lions and seals. The most famous of these being Middle Island, which is home to Lake Hillier WA’s famous pink lake. Explore Cape Le Grand National Park on a day trip, discover remote pristine beaches, meet friendly local kangaroos, fish for salmon, spectacular hinterlands and seasonal wildflowers.
