  • Online tickets are non-refundable unless as required by law.
  • To gain entry to the Zoo you must present your bar-coded tickets.  Entry will not be permitted without presentation of your bar-coded tickets. Your confirmation email receipt is not your bar-coded tickets and will not be accepted to gain entry.
  • Child tickets are for ages 4 to 15 years (children under 4 enter for free).
